Class of 2028
Jack Murray is a biochemistry major from Chardon, Ohio, planning to pursue a career in medicine. He began his musical journey on trombone at age nine before picking up the bagpipes at ten. After stepping away from piping during high school, Jack rejoined the instrument through the band as a way to reconnect with music and contribute to Notre Dame’s rich traditions. His favorite moments are game days, especially the Player Walk, and his favorite tune is The Atholl and Breadalbane Gathering. He hopes to continue playing bagpipes after graduation.
