Biography
Class of 2026
Erin Farmer is a senior majoring in Film, Television, and Theatre with minors in Musical Theatre and Education, Schooling, and Society. She is from South Bend, Indiana, and lives in Lewis Hall. Erin has played trumpet since fifth grade, including performing with the Notre Dame Marching Band. Wanting to stay involved in a musical ensemble even after stepping away from marching band, she joined the band to challenge herself with a new instrument. Although she originally started on the pipes, she switched to drums in the spring semester and has loved the experience, especially the supportive rehearsal environment that has made learning something new both welcoming and fun. Her favorite tune is Minstrel Boy, and she loves the strong sense of community within the band.
